Back and Neck Pain
Low back or lumbosacral pain is the single leading cause of disability worldwide, according to the Global Burden of Disease 2010. In addition, the NIH reports that the prevalence of neck pain is on the rise. Physical therapy is a cost effective and non-invasive way to heal your spine and/or neck. Physical therapists are trained to help relieve low back pain and limitations caused by herniated discs with radiculopathy, lumbar stenosis, slipped discs, and sciatica. We also treat neck pain and symptoms originating from the neck including radiating arm pain (cervical radiculopathy), cervical stenosis, and stiffness. Our therapists will work with you to design a program which may include spinal mobilizations and manipulations as well as exercises to target your specific flexibility and stability needs.

People are often surprised that even just working at their desk for the day can cause neck pain or headaches.
