Sam Frommelt, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, Cert VRS

Sam is the Managing Partner of Quincy Physical Therapy and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) graduate of Northeastern University. He’s committed to delivering one-on-one, individualized care built on clinical reasoning, clear communication, and evidence-based practice—so every patient understands why they’re doing what they’re doing, and how it connects to long-term results.

Sam’s clinical background is well-rounded, with experience in both acute care and outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. That range has shaped a practical, “whole-person” approach to rehab—helping patients of all ages return to the activities that matter most, from daily function to higher-level sport and fitness goals. His clinical interests include treating musculoskeletal, neurologic, and vestibular conditions.

Sam holds multiple advanced certifications and specialized trainings, including vestibular rehabilitation, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy. He also has advanced training in spinal manipulation and strength training. A major focus of Sam’s practice is strength training proficiency and individualized programming—bridging physical therapy and performance with smart progressions, symptom-informed loading, and sustainable plans patients can carry into the gym or home long after discharge.

Sam is a firm believer in lifelong learning and staying on the leading edge of evidence-based care, consistently integrating current research with real-world clinical experience.

Outside the clinic, Sam enjoys strength training, watching sports, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
